A 50% deposit is required before your reservation can be confirmed. The remaining 50% is due eight weeks prior to arrival. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, check-out is noon. We are flexible on this if the house is vacant. With 45 days cancellation full refund will be issued. We do not worry about booking Saturday to Saturday because we don't want the house rented each week. Just call us or use our online form and give us your dates and we will try to accommodate you. Most of our renters are repeat guests - so many of you have almost become like family! We really like that.

Our agent will meet your plane and take you home. Recommendations on car rental, places to eat, and activities are provided within our web site, based on our many wonderful experiences in St. Croix, and the comments we receive from our guests. We hope you will find the information useful. Maid service is included upon arrival and departure. Amenities: The Islander villa is fully equipped with gourmet kitchen, TV, washer/dryer, all linens, telephone, cable TV, stereo with outdoor speakers, and gas grill for outdoor cooking under spectacular skies. Enjoy golf and tennis, massages and the personal grooming salon next door at the beautiful Buccaneer Hotel, where you can enjoy a fantastic view from their terrace while you dance to island music.
