There is a $200 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit due 2 weeks prior to your stay to ensure the home is left in the same order as your found it. Any missing or broken items needing to be replaced will come out of this deposit. Security Deposit Returns are made within one week of your departure! - Only $100 Up Front to hold the week for your family!! All major credit cards accepted or mail your deposit to:

I have 2 cottages right next door to each other-same size and amenities!! The rent for the same price and are 2 completely separate houses! Pics shown are mostly of one cottage but both are beach themed and set up very similar!! Please check each specific week for what I have left, or email now!! I only block out the dates on the calendar when both cottages are reserved!!
