Christmas 2013 is £2000 from 23rd to 28th December, and New Year is £2000 from 28th December to January 2nd 2014. If you wish to stay for both periods there will be a reduction.
A security deposit of £500 or E500 is given to our house manager on arrival and returned on departure, subject to terms and conditions being met. 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance 8 weeks prior to your holiday. We will make refunds if we can rebook your dates and try to offer alternative dates within a 6 months period. As this is a very popular location, rebooking and refunding is often possible, depending on the amount of notice you can give.

- Quality white linen, feather pillows, fluffy towels, power showers, duvets for winter, marble or tiled bathrooms with modern fittings, heated towel rails, full range of wardrobe space, marble or terracotta floors with rugs, mountain and sea views from your windows, quiet, absolutely no traffic noise. Air conditioning in summer, heating in winter. Huge master bedroom has a private terrace, and occupies the top floor of the house. All other bedrooms are ground floor with luxury bathrooms. Excellent layout for families or groups of adults as the downstairs bedrooms are of equal size and space. Plenty of flexibility for groups of adults or families as two huge king beds can convert into twin beds and one bedroom contains two double beds for groups of friends, or again, can be used as twins.
