Rate is applicable for 5 people. For each additional person, an additional € 20 will be charged per night.
A 30% deposit will be required upon confirmation of booking.
If booked within 4 weeks of arrival, payment in full will be required.
The final balance will be required 4 weeks before the arrival date.
A deposit of € 350 has to be paid with the balance & will be reimbursed upon departure, provided no damage occurred. Final cleaning 150 €.
