Indian Creek House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $136-$172/night; $950-$1200/week
- Discounts offered for stays over 7 days.
Weekly rates:
Jan / Nov / Dec $950;
Feb / April / May / Sept / Oct $1100;
March / June / July / Aug / Thanksgiving $1150;
Easter / Christmas / New Year $1200. - Pool heating available $25/day.
12% tax to be added to all rates.
We accept payment by credit card through PayPal.
Our rentals are usually weekly or longer but we can offer stays of 4-6 nights for fill in dates. Some weeks are Saturday to Saturday.
There is a end of stay cleaning fee of $105 for 6 nights or less.
A 25% booking deposit is required when you make a reservation. This is part payment towards the rental.
Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive this deposit and the return of a completed booking form.
Final payment of the balance of the rental is required 8 weeks before you arrive for your stay, if paying by check, or 3 weeks prior if paying by credit card/PayPal.
We require a $380 refundable security deposit 3 weeks prior to arrival date, or purchase of insurance approximately $40 per stay.
