Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Note: Rate does not include 13% tax.
Other Fees: Cleaning fee of $90 will apply for stay less than 7 nights. Discount available for longer stay.
Deposits: US$200 deposit is required upon Rental Agreement execution. Full deposit will be returned to renter within one week after vacation rental if no damages.
Checking In is by door code, You can check in anytime after 4PM. Go straight to the condo.
Night rates are higher for the following holiday: Easter ($149), Thanksgiving ($129), Christmas and New Years($169).
