Clover House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $200-$275/nt or $1350-$1700/wk
- October - March $225 with a two night rental, $200 three or longer night rental, $1350 weekly ; plus SC taxes
$150 cleaning & linen fee is required for all rentals ;
Reservation is secured upon receipt of 50% of rental fee & signed rental agreement;
Full payment is required two weeks prior to rental;
April - September rates: $275 per weekend night, $1,700.00 weekly, there is a two night minimum;
$300 refundable security deposit required ;
Rates are subject to change until reservation is secured
Long term rentals and rates are available - Dates available: January 01- December 31
