Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Local Tourist Tax ( 'Taxe de Sejour'):
Upon arrival our Agent has to collect from you Euro 0.55 per Person (over 13 years of Age) per night of your visit.
So for a 1 Week stay, each person 13 years old, must pay Euro 3.85 to our Agent. She then completes her Return to the local Town Hall and submits the relevant amount.
Security deposits of € 150 are payable with the 75% balance due 6 weeks before Arrival date.
Providing the Apartments are handed back in the same spotless condition, laundry & keys handed into reception, no damage done - the deposit is fully returned. All standard practice in France.
If this 1 Bed Apartment is not fully cleaned, bins and fridges emptied and therefore needs a Cleaning - our Agent will have to arrange for Cleaners to come in before our next guests arrive. This will be charged at € 30 for a Mini clean; € 60 if a Major clean is required. - A separate charge is payable for -
Tennis court, 1 hour at € 10.
Linen & Towel pack per person = € 8 and 5. Baby cots & high chairs are available @ € 23.
Animals may be kept if reservations agreed in advance for € 21. - Payment by Bank Transfer is preferred. Cheques and PayPal( 2% Supplement) are acceptable.
A non refundable Booking Deposit of 25% is required to secure a confirmed Booking.
The balance of 75% is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date.
Security Sum of £ 150 is required against damages or cleaning issues. Fully refunded when Agent confirms that no such problems arose. This Sum is payable with the 75% balance.
