. a very spacious living with fireplace and four different lounging areas; an adjoining snug with TV. A well equipped kitchen with fireplace and adjoining furnished terrace, ideal for al fresco dinners, a spacious diner for 18; a double bedroom with private bathroom and access to the patio.
On the first floor are 7 cosy double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of them, the master bedroom, has a fireplace.
On the 2nd. floor is the tower with wonderful views. It is an ideal snug to watch TV and DVD, read or play games.
The Cortijo has central heating, fireplaces and air conditioning.
The private pool 7 x 12 m.) is surrounded by 6.150 m² of lawn, adult trees and has terraces and a bar.
The entire property is fenced of and has parking next to the house for 10 cars.

The swimming pool is open from 1 May until 29 September, or longer, on request for mid-season price.
We are flexible regarding the days of arrival and departure.
Pets allowed, but check with us on booking. - Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 33% non-returnable deposit within 2 days after
booking.
The outstanding sum is to be paid 4 weeks before the occupying date, together with a € 300 security deposit
for the Cortijo, €150 for the Casa.
This deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure and after inspection of the house.
Bookings are confirmed with a contract of reservation and clear directions from the (airport of) Seville
to Villamanrique de la Condesa and Cortijo Hato Ratón. - Price for a 2 to 4 hour ride in a horse carriage in National Park Doñana (up to a max. of 7 persons) costs € 60 per hour.

You will be met by an English speaking family member, who will introduce you to the house and then leave you in the excellent care of the couple caretakers which lives on another part of the property.
Daily cleaning is included in the price.
On request, you will be taken out for a 2 to 4 hours ride in the National Park in the private horse carriage. Up to 7 persons.
