Orange Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $150 per night and $750 per week
- Fall September 5-November 3 $1,000 per week or $185 per night;
Winter November 4-March 15 $750 per week or $150 per night or $1,400 per month;
Spring March 16-April 30 $1,100 per week or $200 per night (3 night minimum);
Summer May 1-August 14 $1,600 per week or $250 per night (4 night minimum)
$125 cleaning fee and 11% tax will be added;
Security insurance of $49 or a refundable damage deposit of $300 required;
Key-less Unique Entry Code will be e-mailed to you for your stay;
