This Cottage is a Duplex. In all but the Summer months, you can rent one or both floors. Both have New Kitchens with Granite Counters and Stainless Appliances. The first floor has 3 Bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen) and 3 Baths with a sleeper sofa in the Greatroom and the TV Nook. (Sleeps 10) The second floor has 2 Bedrooms (both Kings) plus a Bunk room for small children complete with their own wall mounted TV's and 2 Baths.
