- Less than Saturday to Saturday stay will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 'All inclusive' pricing includes rentals fees, cleaning, taxes, and parking. In lieu of a deposit we have rental insurance that covers up to $1,500 in damages to the property during your stay and is non-refundable. Non 'all inclusive' pricing is the rental fee, plus the $100 cleaning fee, 12.5% tax, $20 parking fee, and the $45 damage insurance. Responses to inquiries will generally include a pricing quote.
- We have listed ALL INCLUSIVE rates for all seasons and includes damage insurance, cleaning fees, the 12.5% occupancy tax, and the parking fee required by the building HOA. Beware of others who do not quote all inclusive or have a different taxing structure!
