Galveston Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $600/week during Summer
- NO cleaning fee if staying 2 nights or more.
Holidays and Special Events are $150 per night and require 2 night minimum: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Lone Star Bike Rally, New Year's, Mardi Gras, Spring Break.
Sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed. - For reservations more than 14 days away, the first night's rate is due to reserve your dates with the balance due 14 days in advance.
For reservations less than 14 days away, 50% of the rate is due to reserve your dates with the balance due 7 days in advance.
For reservations less than 7 days away, 100% of the rate is due to reserve your dates.
100% Refund if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival.
50% Refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days prior to arrival.
