There is a $300.00 security deposit required and you must by Property Damage Insurance for $49.00 through this site which will cover any damage losses that may occur up to $1500.00. The Security Deposit will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure as long as the 2 entrance keys, pool key, 6 beach tags and 7 chairs are left behind!

There is a deck off the master with more gorgeous views and lounge chairs. We will provide mattress covers, pillow covers and blankets. You will need to bring the linens, towels & beach towels.
