• Damage deposit: 150€ for 2 Nights, 300€ for 1 week stay. Cash;
• Cleaning fee: 20€ for up to 1 week stay;
• Reservations accepted up to 48h before arrival date against payment of 30% of the rental price;
• The remaining balance is due up to 48 hours before arrival;
• 10% discount for stays 1-2 weeks, 20% discount for stays above 2 weeks;
• Longer term rentals are possible (price to be negotiated);
• Pets are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking. - Note: the maximum withdrawal from an ATM machine in Portugal is 200€ and the daily maximum is 400€.
