- We are taking bookings now for the Christmas/Natale/New Years Eve/Capodanno period. However, we do not take bookings during this period for less than the weekly rate of 2500 euros, too include up to 12 persons,. There are 4 fireplaces. Wood and central heating are included in the rate.

And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad, etc so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day.
All utilities, sun-loungers, cots, high-chairs, linen, beach towels, a generous welcome pack + cleaning at end of stay are absolutely free. - There are absolutely no additional “hidden” extras – only nice surprises.
