Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

4 nights minimum rental. No EXCEPTIONS! . Pay for four nights, stay less if desired.
For TWO people only: $250/night or $1,600 per week. Front, main bulding only. A single (one) additional person in front building (futons) will be additional $100 per night.
Both buildings (3 bedrooms), up to 10 people: $450/night or $3,000/week.
7 percent tax will be applied, as well as an $89 damage insurance policy.
Full payment required before check in. At least 50 percent required to reserve the property.
To conserve energy on this tiny island, we ask that the AC units in the bedrooms be turned off when the rooms are not being used. Electric bills exceeding $150 MORE than usual per week will be passed on to renters. - PayPal accepted. Email for details.
