A $50 charge will be assessed for returned checks. Note: Southwest Vacation Rentals, Inc. reserve the right to modify at any time and for any reason the Advance Deposit and Payment Policy. A reservation is considered confirmed once payment in full has been received and further reflects full acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
