Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates & Seasons
We offer four seasonal rates, which are defined as follows:
Holiday Season July 4th Holiday, Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving, New Years Holiday – 3 night minimum applies.
Premier Season May 20th thru September 7th and October.
Value Season January thru May 19th and September except Holiday weekends.
A 3 night minimum stay is required during Holiday Season unless otherwise noted. A 2 night minimum stay is required during Premier Season unless otherwise noted. Please inquire for limited one night stays. Prices, amenities, and/or minimums are subject to change with or without notice. The rental price is determined by the rental agreement at the time of booking. Refunds or adjustments will be not be made for rate changes made after the date the reservation is booked.
