Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- During the peak season, we only rent Sat to Sat or Mon to Sat.
In addition to the rental fee, total cost includes a $90 cleaning fee and 10.5% tax levied by Worcester County and the state of MD. A fully refundable $300 security deposit will be returned within 3 weeks of check-out.
Down payment of $300 is due at booking, 50% of rental fee is due 90 days prior to check-in, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. There is no fee to use a credit card for down payment, but a 3% fee will be added if you choose to make final payment by credit card. - We are selective when choosing our tenants, and believe that results in a good-condition vacation house all year long. Primary renters must be at least 30 years old. Families are preferred. Sorry, but we cannot accomodate students or group rentals.
