Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit of $500 or non-refundable insurance payment is only available for returning guests.
Additional Charges- In addition to the nightly rental rate, guests will be charged a 10% Tax ( 7% Florida State/ 3% Broward County) on the total for the nightly rental and a combined $160 fee for Short-term Rental and cleaning. (ex. $150/night @ 7 nights = $1,050 + $105.00 (10% tax on nightly rental cost)+ $160 Registration and cleaning = $1,315.00)
A charge of $25/night is required for each additional adult guest greater than 4. We will not accomodate parties of more than six.
Free Valet Parking is included with the reservation.
Our no smoking no pet policy is strictl - Rates are subjsect to change without notice. When requesting a quote, please give the number of guests who will be staying at the property at any time and specific dates. We do not accomodate stays of less than seven nights or for parties of greater than six individuals.
