Independence Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 security deposit required to secure your reservaion. Deposit will be returned shortly after your departure if there is no damage to cabin or contents. Rental plus cleaning fee and 5.0% VA use tax are due 21 days prior to arrival.
Prefer Saturday-to-Saturday rentals in summer if renting for a full week.
Contact owner regarding incremental heating costs for early spring or late fall rentals.
Please contact owner if winter rental desired. For winter rentals, 4-wheel drive vehicle is required. - Credit cards may be used to fund payments through PayPal's secure site with an additional 3% surcharge to reimburse owner for PayPal's fee to owner. If you wish to use PayPal for payments, please so inform owner and owner will e-mail PayPal payment request to you for convenient response. No need to have a PayPal account.
