Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $99 - $190/night
- For each reservation, a Refundable Deposit of $175 is required. The deposit is due within 7 days of making a reservation. An Advanced Payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The Balance Of The Rent Is Due 45 Days Prior To Your Arrival Date. Payments can be made in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. Deposits and Rental Payments are refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date. There is a $30 processing fee for refunds. There are no refunds for an early departure. An additional fee will apply if a credit card is used.
- Monthly rentals are available between October - April. The total monthly rental fee is $950 which includes everything except a one time cleaning fee upon departure.
