- Small dog allowed with prior written consent form owner. $50 fee from the deposit will be kept for flea and tick treatment of the property

- There is a private bedroom with a large walk-in closet. We can provide a Queen sized air mattress can be provided in the living room for 2 additional guests. The bedroom has views of Nashville's Downtown Skyline and the Living Room has views of the Historic Printers Alley and Nashville's Downtown Skyline. FLat screen TV in bedroom and Living Room. There is also a sofa in the living room that does not fold out but sleeps one comfortably.
