Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Summer Rates are $1350 for one full week or $850 for 4 day period. Winter rates are $1250/week or $750 for 4 days. You may purchase any week or time slot that is not already booked with another customer. This property is new on the market so there is presently wide availability. A $350 Deposit is required. Deposit is refundable as long as the property is left in the same condition prior to occupancy. Dogs are allowed with additional $150 deposit.
