Rates are based on an occupancy of 6 people for the 3 bedroom Main Villa and an occupancy of 8 people for the 4 bedroom configuration, which utilizes one bedroom for two adults in the adjoining Guest Villa.
USA Check, Master Card and VISA are accepted. Wire transfers are preferred.
3:00 pm Check-in; 11:00 am Check-out.
Housekeeping upon departure begins at 9:30 am on the day of departure.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and completed form.
If a reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days prior to arrival, there is a 20% of the total reservation amount fee. Within 90 days of arrival, there are no refunds. - Infants: We do have a Pack and Play at the villa. There is no charge for a child who sleeps in the Pack and Play.
Small Children: We do have a sleeper sofa in the living room which we recommend for small children only.
Extra person: There is an extra person charge for any number of people greater than six in the Main Home. We charge this in order to account for the additional utility usage these people inevitably incur. Island utilities really are expensive!

- Two of our bedrooms in our Main Home are beachfront, with wall to wall glass doors that step onto the pool deck. Each has a King bed and ensuite bath. The third bedroom has the garden view. It has two twins, which can be joined to form a third King bed if desired. The third bedroom also has an ensuite bath. There is a powder room off the central living area hall. One bedroom in the separate Guest House is available for rent for two additional adults. It is not rented separately. The bedroom also has wall to wall glass doors that step onto a second pool deck and this bedroom also overlooks the beach in front of the property. The room has two twin beds, which can be joined to form a King if desired. This room has an ensuite bath, too. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bedroom baths are finished elegantly with granite top counters. Each has a step-in shower.
