Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rate is for check-in after 4:00 p.m. Saturday and check-out before 11:00 a.m. the next Saturday. Flexible arrival/departure times are based on availability.
A credit card is required for deposit and final payment . Deposit of $200 requested for reservation at time of booking. Final payment due one month before arrival date. All taxes and cleaning fees are included at no additional cost to guests.
For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. If we are able to rebook, we will refund the rental deposit amount minus $50. However, if we are unable to rebook, your total payment will be forfeited. Bookings within 30 days require a full payment by credit card (no deposit necessary). A 'no show' will forfeit the entire amount of reservation deposit. - Rental agreement is required.
