Loiza Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $350 weekend $750.00 week $2800 month plus $60.00 cleaning fee
- Non Refundable Reservation Deposit from $100 to $250 depending on the length of stay. Dates will not be blocked on the calender until the reservation deposit is received.
A $100 to $200.00 refundable deposit (depending on the length of stay) on check out day if no damages, administrator fines or loss of property has occurred.
Cleaning fee $60
The balance must be paid in cash or money order when the key is handed to the renter. If paid with a check it must be received at least a month before check in. - $750.00 ( 7 nights ).
