Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We offer competitive rates, last minute deals & specials on all occasions! Big saving on monthly rental.
Actual price is based on length of stay, seasons, holidays/non-holidays, school vacations, changeover date and group size.
$1299-$2699 weekly rate does not including taxes and optional items
Low Season - Jan, May, Sep
Middle Season -Feb, Mar, Apr, Oct, Nove, Dec
High Season - June, July, August
Peak Season – Christmas, New Year week, week before/after Easter, all holidays, school vacation weeks
Optional Items:
• Pool/Spa heat is $200/per week or $35/per day if less than week (operating 12 hours)
• Gas BBQ grill is optional at $45 for unlimited use, renter responsible for refill (No refund for partial use)
Reservation Deposit $300 /Per week.
Refundable Security Deposit $300 with final payment
Final payment due 2 month before arrival - Payment Methods:
• Bank Check, Casher Check, Money Order, Personal Check(Peferred)
• Paypal (3-4% fee)
• Major Credit Cards (3-4% fee)
• Bank Wire
Cancellation Policy:
The renter may cancel reservation at any time. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or an email.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Over 90 days prior to check-in - $150 processing fee.
• 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year.
• 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental.
• Within 30 days of check-in - 100% of rental.
