- We use a $49.00 Property protection insurance plan instead of a refundable deposit. Information will be provided at booking. If you choose, we can use a Refundable deposit instead of this policy.
50% of Rental due within 5 days of the day reservation is made or 60 days prior to arrival. Remainder of rental is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Pets permitted with additional 200.00 deposit (refundable) and additional fee of 25.00 per pet per day.
10 Person max. Additional 10.00 per person per day.
We have one boat slip with a lift that is available for rent for an additional $40/day. This includes the covered slip as well as a lift. Your boat will need to be pre-approved to determine if it will fit on the lift. You may tie up a boat to the side of the dock free of charge.
