****As this is a Mountain Resort we CAN NOT accept cancellations due to inclement weather. We advise travel/trip cancellation Insurance which is available through many agencies such as www.utravelpro.com or www.TravelGuard.com**
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-In is 3pm and Check-Out is 10am. As this is a 4,000 sq.ft. cabin, it takes a considerable amount of time to turn over properly. - DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
All stays require a security/damage deposit of $500.00 which is refunded upon inspection of cabin after departure.
50% of total reservation shall be rendered at time of booking as deposit to hold dates. No Reservtion is confirmed until deposit is received. Deposit is refunded (minus a fee equal to 50% of a one night stay) if cancelled 21 days in advance (30 days for holiday bookings).
Cancellation Policy: Once final payment is made, 21-14days before arrival (30-14 days for holiday bookings) penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay. 100% penalty for cancellations 13 days or less before arrival. No refunds for no shows.
Thre will be NO REFUNDS if holiday bookings are NOT cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
Renter is encouraged to help mitigate this loss by purchasing optional Travel Insurance or Trip Cancellation Insurance offered by third party providers.

- The Master Bath Suite is completely rebuilt with double granite sinks, double tiled shower and tons of storage. The larger downstairs bathroom has also been rebuilt and is totally new with tile and granite. The other two baths have been updated or refreshed with new paint.

Guests should bring their personal toiletries, Beach Towels, clothes, and charcoal for our charcoal grills. Guests will arrive to a clean unit with beds made and towels for the maximum number of guests. Also, guests will have starter items, such as: trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. We do not supply coffee filters, plastic bags, aluminum foil, condiments, laundry soap or firewood. Guests may purchase firewood and kindling at one of our local markets and most gas stations.
A Pool Pass will be required (memorial day thru labor day) All Pool Passes require a deposit that will be refunded to you when you return the pass.
