*Damage deposit is $1,200 cash, personal check or cashiers check on day of arrival.
*$900 (75%)will be returned to you in full on your day of departure if no visible damages have taken place.
The final $300 (remaining 25%)will be returned to you via check in the post within 7 days of your departure if we find the property contents to be in perfect condition after our cleaning & inspection team have RE-POSHED the property. -

Deep sea fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving, jet skiing, surfing, kayaking, para sailing, kite surfing, and so much more! Also this area is fantastic for nature enthusiasts and excellent bird watching & eco tours to observe some of the local wildlife, such as otters, deer, foxes, raccoons, alligators, bobcats, & over 140 species of birds which have been identified in the area including the Bald Eagle, Blue Heron and the Osprey. Our favourite nature park is Jonathan Dickinson State Park!
