Marathon House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rates from April to August $1,470.00 including taxes and cleaning fees.
The rates of the following weeks will be charged at $1,670.00. First week of June, 4th of July week, Mini Lobster week and Lobster season opening week.
Weekly rates from September to mid December 1st $1,070.00 including taxes and cleanning fees.
Thanksgiving week will be charged at $1,470.00.
The first three weeks of December will be charged at $1,470.00 per week.
Christmas week will be $ 1,670.00 including taxes and cleanning fee.
January, February, March $3,200.00 per month including taxes and cleanning fees.
