We accept payment in the form of all major CREDIT CARDS and BANK TRANSFERS.
If paying via credit card ther is an additional 2.8% surcharge to be added to the rates given above. There is no fee for bank transfers.
A minimum deposit of 50% of total rental rate due is required to secure rental(or a minimum deposit of 75% of total rate for longer stays, 100% due if rental is within 2 weeks of arrival inquiry) payment must be received within 72 hours of rental confirmation. - POSHPADZ is a proud member of the Delray Chamber of Commerce & the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, and we have excellent references!

*A cancellation fee of 50% applies for all bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to rental date. 100% cancellation fee applies for all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to rental date.
*Damage deposit is $1,200 cash, personal check or cashiers check on day of arrival.
*$900 (75%)will be returned to you in full on your day of departure if no visible damages have taken place.
The final $300 (remaining 25%)will be returned to you via check in the post within 7 days of your departure if we find the property contents to be in perfect condition after our cleaning & inspection team have RE-POSHED the property.
