Price includes up to 4 occupants, but will house up to 6 people. Each additional person is an additional $100. 00 per week on weekly rentals and $25.00 on
1. Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekend fall under the High Season Rates and have a 3 night minimum
2. Check-in time is 3:30PM or later; check-out time is no later then 10:30 AM.
3. 50% deposit required for all reservations. We must receive the deposit and signed contract 4 days after contract is emailed to you, to quarantee the reservation.
4. Deposits are refunded only if written notice of cancellation is received 21 days ahead of arrival date and we can re-rent the unit. There is a 10% service charge on re- rentals to cover administrative costs
