It will be refunded to you upon departure (less any damages; or losses; Water and Electricity usage wil be determined from meter readings taken when you arrive, and upon your departure, and usage charges (as calculated at prevailing market rates) will be deducted from your security deposit as well.
A cleaning charge of $40 per stay will be payable in cash upon arrival. ;
Note - For an added charge we can prearrange for transportation from Manta to Bahia. Full time housekeeping and ;cooking help is available at at a very reasonal cost. Ask us for details.
