We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover. We also accept eCheck but must be at least 10 days prior to stay within the US. A one time fee of $49 for Property Damage Protection must be purchased and can be upgraded for better coverage. A refundable $500 security deposit. A one time $300 cleaning fee.
50% of Total Due to reserve dates with a signed agreement. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. 60 day cancellation policy.
Please note: Property Damage Protection is different from personal travel insurance. Terms and prices subject to change.
The Renter (primary that signs) on the rental agreement must be 25 years of age and staying at the property. By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all legal items listed in agreement and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age. Anyone found to be younger than this age signing as primary is subject to termination of agreement without refund and/or eviction from premise
