Please note that we do not have an initial charge for linen or cleaning with 7 or more night stay. We just ask that you leave the home clean in the condition you found it. If linen is damaged or home is not returned to like condition found upon arrival, charges may apply in accordance to lease agreement and Rental Rules.
- Also, note NO INITIAL FEES FOR LINEN OR CLEANING with 7 or more night stay! Less than 7 night stay available with cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply for exceeding maximum allowance of guests as well as not meeting requirements of lease agreement. For guests who desire to bring their own linen/towels, an additional discount may be applied.
