Holiday Weeks: $2500/week .. no nightly stays;
$150 nonrefundable cleaning fee.$500 security deposit due at time of booking
full refund if cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to stay,otherwise forfeited. Full
payment due 1 week prior to stay. Security deposit to be refunded up to two weeks;
after stay, less any damages. Snow plowing fee: $75,if needed. Check in/check out;
12 noon. No Events/receptions/parties allowed on property Paypal accepted.;
Weekly rate in US dollars:$1500-$2500/wk;
