- Price includes the 13% CI tourism tax, all cleaning fees (including mid-stay housekeeping for stays of 1 week or longer) and property damage insurance. Serenity Now has local, on site property managers who live nearby and are available to see to your every need. Private, in home chef services and/or massage services may be arranged for your enjoyment. Pre-stocking of groceries is also possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Once the deposit is paid upon booking, should the guest cancel in writing more than 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit amount will be refunded less any credit card processing fees.
2. Once the remaining balance is paid (60 days prior to arrival), no refunds will be made for cancellations. If we are able to rebook the property, however, we will refund the rental payment less processing fees and the $500 cancellation fee.
