Tuscan Hills Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate is per week plus 12% Florida sale tax and tourist tax.
Pool heating is optional at $25 additional per day for the length of stay if chosen.
$300 damage security deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates.
Full payment is required 4 weeks before arrival or reservation canceled and security deposit is kept.
Security deposit will be refunded 2 to 4 weeks upon departure.
$105 cleaning fees added if stay less than one week with a minimum of 3 days.
No pet allowed and Non Smoking policy enforced.
