Positano House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2200 euros per month
- Terms of Rental
• available May 15 through October 15
• minimum one month stay@ 2200.00 Euros per month. Rental price on stays longer than one month is negotiable with owner.
• 50% of total rental fee due through PayPal account at time of booking, with balance due on arrival, through PayPal account or by cash.
• Refundable damage deposit due on arrival: 350 Euros
• Utility deposit for use of electricity due on arrival: 150 Euros per rental month. Use of electricity in excess of amount held in the utility deposit will be withdrawn from the damage deposit at the time of departure. (Electricity charge determined by meter reading on arrival and departure)
• Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the number of sleeping places indicated on the booking agreement. The keyholder has the right to refuse entry to extra people and/or, on violation of the occupancy agreement, to ask the renter to vacate the property without compensation. - Cancellation Policy
Whenever the rental contract is revoked by the renter after it has been accepted, the following penalties will apply:
• 25% of total rental price is non refundable
• 50% of total rental price if cancellation is made within 3 weeks before the beginning of the rental period,
• 100% of total rental price if cancellation is made less than 3 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, or any time during the rental period
