Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- *US$120/night or US$700/wk (Without daily cleaning services) - From May-2012 to Nov-2012
*US$135/night or US$800/wk (Without daily cleaning services) - From Dec-2012 to April-2013
The above rental fees include up to 5 people. For additional guests, add $20 per night per person.
*Cleaning tools are provided, but If you would like daily maid/cleaning services, please add US$20 per night.
*Transportation Fees: US$60 from Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) to the apartment (up to 4 people)
We will pick you up from the airport at whatever time your flight arrives
*We charge a one-time EXIT CLEANING Fee of $75 to clean and organize the apartment after you leave and
*A reservation/security deposit of 25% of rental fees (Minimum US$200) is required in the U.S. to reserve the apt.
*Monthly or Long-term rental rates may be negotiated
