Franconia House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We require an adult, 30 years old or greater to sign the rental contract and also except liability and be present throughout your stay.
This is a non smoking property. Any evidence of smoking in the home will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit as outlined in the rental contract. Sorry, allergies abound.
There is no RV parking on the property.
Guests are asked to remove all utilized sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and soiled towels and take them to the laundry room prior to departure. Dishes returned to the cupboards and or in the dishwasher on a clean cycle prior to departure.
Please place all garbage in the green bags provided in the drawer closest to the fridge. Bring garbage bags and recyclables to the local transfer station on RT 116.
Please be sure that any furniture moved is returned to its original place prior to departure. - Please note these agreements are outlined in the guest rental contract . Thank you for respecting our home,we hope you enjoy your stay
