During the day the light floods the living room composed by two comfortable sofas and a tv flat-screen . A fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for four people, a double room with a king size bed and two single rooms, each one has balconies on different sides of the house; a corridor and a complete bathroom with tub and shower. It's perfect for a family with two children, each one with his/her own room ; but also for a couple looking for a romantic stay. In fact the apartment is silent, has a superb view, overlooks the rooftops of the area, allowing the view of S.Mark bell-tower and everybody knows that Venice at night is famous to be the lovers' city. Finally a stylish furnishings, with the chandeliers that give a touch of refinement.

The apartment SAGITTARIUS is located in the district ('Sestiere') of Cannaregio, 10 minutes far from the S.Lucia Railway Station and 5 minutes from the waterbus stop of S.Marcuola / Casinò. Nearby, the Strada Nuova ('Road New') cuts the whole district from the Railway Station toward the Rialto Bridge. This zone is one of the more animated of the city with its typical restaurants, the fruits&vegetables market and every kind of shops and supermarkets. Supermarket COOP at 2 minutes, restaurant recommended Paradiso Perduto at 5 minutes on foot. The apartment ARIES is located in the Sestiere (“district”) of Castello only 10 minutes from S. Mark Square and 5 minutes from the stop of the vaporetto(“waterbus”) of S.Marco / S.Zaccaria. This zone is one of the more characteristics and popular of the city with its typical restaurants and every type of shops. Aries rewievs: 'I was there with my wife, a friend and her daughter for a few days and everybody enjoyed a magical stay.Quiet, easy to find and yet so close to San Marco/waterfront etc.We had an absolutely lovely stay. Gabriele was extremely helpful and polite. The furnishings were of high quality,the kitchen looked brand new. Overall, the apartment was nice and the location was pretty good. If you want a nice place near San Marco and don't need any guidance or service, then this place is for you. '(S.B. / Leicester)

Sagittarius reviews: 'This was my third time in Venice but my first in an apartment and i loved it.So stay in a an apartment, pretend your Venetian for a few days and wonder around the Cannaregio stopping off at all the small bars.We specifically wanted to be in Cannaregio, to be close to the train station and Jewish ghetto.The apartment was great, warm and comfy. Very helpful and efficient meeting with owner.Large flights of stairs to flat,but once there very nice position and very quiet.A lovely roomy apartment,the equipped kitchen and the modern living room were big plusses.'(K.E. / Rotherham)
