Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Security Deposit of $350 is required (refundable)
We understand your plans may change. With that in mind, just give us seven days notice prior to your check-in day and we will give you a full refund. Seven days before rental date full payment is due.
We are trying to make your stay as easy as possible by supplying all your linens, towels (beach and bath), even laundry detergent. There is a laundry fee of $75 if linens and towels are used but not laundered (washed and dried) prior to departure.
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Please allow us enough time to prepare the house for the next guest. If you are running late there will be a late checkout fee of $20 for every half hour past checkout time. - Cleaning fee, car registration, and activity badges are not included in pricing.
Arrowhead Fees: Amenity Badges from Memorial Day to Labor Day for all guests over 6 years of age are either $30 per person per week or $8 per person per day and provide access to pools, beaches, lakes, fishing, and clubhouse. Off season amenity badges are optional ($15 per person per week or $3 per person per day). Car registration and gate pass must be purchased for $25 per vehicle in order to access the secured community gates (these fees are paid directly to Arrowhead Lake Community).
Weeks run Saturday/Saturday, Weekends are 2 nights and three days.
