Kelowna Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
You will be able to discuss details with the owner before completing your booking with them.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a 'Long Term Stay' the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Full or partial payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Discuss details with owner at time of booking. - We prefer payments be made through PayPal or emailed to us directly, however credit card payment can be arranged.
There is a $150 cleaning fee that is a one time fee to cover cleaning the unit at the end of your stay.
