* We are happy to provide the equivalent of 'concierge services'. As long time residents of Minnesota, we want to help you enjoy your business or pleasure stay.
* Rental deposit of $400/week required to reserve unit.
* Booking Confirmation and Rental Agreement Furnished.
* Reservations must be paid in full at least 28 days prior to arrival.
* Refunds within 28 days subject to re-booking.
* Departure/Weekly Cleaning fee is $70. Daily cleaning and linen/towel change available $30 per day.
* Special events and holidays may have higher rate.
* Less than full week rentals _generally_ not taken unless taking space between two reservations, until within 28 days of date. Holiday/Event surcharges.
