Jefferson Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- daily rate are from 55-65,weekly rate are from 280-380
- Please contact us directly for longer than weekly stay. We have a special rate for longer stays.
Please email us first before making any payment.
No hidden fees.
Monthly rental will include $59 damage protection insurance policy. No tax on monthly rental.
All weekly and daily rental will have to pay 7% tax.
No cleaning fee if you choose to leave the place clean. Otherwise $25 maid service fee would be appreciated.
Pet fees- $25 for weekly and monthly rental. $10 for daily rental.
Holiday weekends have different price than what listed. Listed price are good for regular days.
We prefer that you pay directly using the payment method on homeaway website. We will also accept if you have other preference for payment.
Please email or call us if you have any question that does not answer here. - Reservations are accepted with a two-night minimum deposit.
Check in is 3:00 pm - check out is 11:00 am.
Reservation policy: Payment is due at the time of the reservation.
Cancellation policy: Just let us know at least a week before the trip.
Thanksgiving, New Years and Christmas requires 7 night stay.
