Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Half of the rental fee is required to secure the week you wish. The other half of the fee is due 30 days prior to the booking. A $500 security deposit is also required with the second payment. The security deposit will be refunded within ten days of the conclusion of the rental, assuming there are no issues.
If the reservation is canceled more than 60 days before the rental commencement, the deposit will be refunded minus a $250 administration fee. If canceled with 60 days or less notice, the deposit will only be refunded only if the home is secured by another renter. If we are unable to re-rent, no refund on the deposit will be returned.
In addition to the rental fee, the Maine Lodging Tax will be required of 7% and the cleaning fee of $150.00.
